I'm fully convinced You've Got Mail is a fall movie. Every September, I feel the urge to watch it. Living on the UWS, I love watching the beginning with Joe and Kathleen's near misses as they walk to work in my neighborhood, seeing how things have evolved over the past 25+ years, while their voices read the emails... "don't you love New York in the Fall? It makes me wanna buy school supplies. I would send you a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils if I knew your name and address."
